Employee Appreciation Day is observed annually on the first Friday in March. At American Water, we are grateful and appreciate our employees every day! To help celebrate, we are proud to spotlight several employees across our national footprint who are making an impact in their local communities.
Thanks to the American Water Charitable Foundation’s Employee Volunteer and Matching Gift Program – a program that assists American Water employees in their own charitable efforts to give back to organizations they care about – volunteer time and monetary donations are matched on a 1:1 basis up to $1,000 per employee, per calendar year.
