American Water Proud Employee Resource Group: Members Highlight

Happy Pride Month!

The American Water Proud (LGBTQ+) Employee Business Resource Group's (EBRG) mission is to create awareness and foster candid discussions that proudly support the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Their collaborative conversations aim to increase and encourage equality for all employees, focusing on community, culture, and careers. They strive to promote an environment of respect, dignity, and inclusion, thereby empowering everyone to be their authentic selves, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

As part of American Water's celebration and acknowledgment of June as Pride Month,  some of the American Water Proud EBRG members answered questions about themselves, why they joined, and what Pride means to them.
