At American Water, We Keep Life Flowing® by providing safe, clean, reliable and affordable drinking water and wastewater services to our customers.

To help keep you informed about water emergencies and planned repairs in your community, we launched an enhanced online Customer Advisory Map.

This user-friendly map allows you to enter your address and see if any active service alerts are impacting your area. If there are, it provides additional information and estimated restoration time.

In addition to our Customer Advisory Map, you can view active service alerts by clicking the Alerts icon at the top of our homepage. You can also sign up to receive notifications by phone, text or email through MyWater.

Visit amwater.com/mywater to get notified about urgent water service issues.


REPORT EMERGENCIES ONLINE
If there is a main break, leak or other urgent water service issue in your area that’s not listed on our Alerts page, we’d like to know about it. To report an emergency online, click on the Report Emergency icon at the top of our home page or visit emergency.amwater.com.
